Afro Viking Pictures Inc. is a Halifax-based production company led by Taylor Olson and Koumbie, focused on bold, performance-driven stories rooted in kindness, courage, and inclusion.

Since 2016, the company has produced and co-produced award-winning short films, features, and original series. Their work includes three Bell Fibe TV1 short-form series—2GETHER 4EVER, Hey Halifax, Hello! Today!, and King & Pawn—alongside a range of television and documentary projects.

Hey Halifax, Hello! Today! is a Bell Fibe TV comedy series blending talk, sketch, and local satire, starring Olson alongside Bob Mann, with guest appearances from Robb Wells and Jonathan Torrens. The series was nominated for two Canadian Screen Awards in Sketch Comedy.

Their films have screened at major festivals, including Slamdance Film Festival (Look at Me), which was also nominated for a Canadian Screen Award. 

Afro Viking Pictures continues to develop original film and television projects grounded in diverse Atlantic Canadian voices and perspectives.
